July 2nd 2008 - Swedish buses become Wi-Fi hotspots with in-vehicle Internet from Moovera.
Swebus Express AB – the dominant long-distance express bus service in Sweden – has chosen the award-winning Moovbox M Series Mobile Broadband Gateway to deliver Internet connectivity on its fleet of over eighty buses that serve over two million passengers each year. The mobile Wi-Fi hotspot deployment, which is the largest of its kind in Scandinavia, will include routes with stops throughout southern and central Sweden as well as neighboring Norway and Denmark. Swebus Express, a subsidiary of Concordia Bus Nordic AB, will also utilize the Moovbox to connect ticket machines on each bus to the Internet, and provide GPS-based fleet location monitoring.

May 26th 2008 - Arriva launches free Wi-Fi service on trains across Denmark.
Arriva Scandinavia A/S has selected the award-winning Moovbox M Series Mobile Broadband Gateway to deliver Internet connectivity on trains running across Denmark. Arriva has equipped an initial twenty-nine trains serving commuters traveling between Aarhus, Thisted and Tønder in Jutland, and will provide free Wi-Fi hotspot services to passengers. Arriva will also utilize the Moovbox for GPS-based automatic vehicle location (AVL) to keep track of the train fleet via Moovera’s MoovManage centralized monitoring system. Arriva is the top performing rail operator in Denmark, carrying more than 7 million passengers each year with 97% reliability.

May 15th 2008 - Trent Barton goes Wi-Fi with in-bus Internet from Moovera.
Trent Barton – one of the UK’s leading independent bus operators – has selected the Moovbox M Series mobile broadband gateway to deliver
Internet connectivity on commuter coaches running between Nottingham and Derby in the UK Midlands. The award-winning operator has
Wi-Fi-enabled eight Scania Irizar vehicles on the Red Arrow service which departs every fifteen minutes during rush hour and is popular

May 8th 2008 - Malaysian luxury bus fleet introduces on-board Wi-Fi from Moovera.
Odyssey Prestige Coaches Sdn Bhd has selected the Moovbox M Series mobile broadband gateway to deliver Internet connectivity to its fleet of
luxury business-class passenger vehicles in Malaysia. Odyssey operates a premier coach service between Kuala Lumpur and Singapore targeted
specifically at the business commuter, offering wide leather reclining seats, tables, AC power for laptops, movies on demand and gourmet meals.
With the introduction of the Moovbox, Odyssey will offer free Wi-Fi Internet access to passengers while also keeping track of the fleet via

April 14th 2008 - British ferries get Internet on-board with Moovera Networks.
Wightlink Isle of Wight Ferries has chosen Moovbox technology from Moovera to provide in-ship broadband Internet connectivity. Wightlin
has equipped ferries in the South of England running between the Isle of Wight and the mainland towns of Portsmouth and Lymington with
the Moovbox M Series mobile broadband gateway, which provides Internet access at multi-megabit speeds, and real-time GPS-based ship
location monitoring. The implementation of on-board Internet is part of a major modernization program that includes the commissioning of
three new ships, recently constructed in Croatia and currently undergoing sea trials. With eight car ferries and three FastCats in the
fleet, annually Wightlink carries over 5.5 million passengers, 1.2 million cars, and almost 200,000 coaches and freight vehicles.

March 17th 2008 - Stagecoach targets motorists with free Wi-Fi on cross-Forth express coach services.

Stagecoach is targeting motorists with the offer of free email and web access on its cross-Forth
express coach services in Scotland through the introduction of Wi-Fi technology. A total of 38 state-of-the-art vehicles in
Stagecoach’s express coach fleet operating between Fife and Edinburgh are being equipped with Wi-Fi technology
supplied by Moovera Networks. More than 40,000 passengers a week using the X54, X58, X59, X60, 53 and 55 services
will benefit from the £36,000 investment in the new technology, which will be operation from 17 March. Business travellers
in particular will benefit from Wi-Fi access and be able to use laptops, Blackberries, PDAs or mobile phones to
access the internet while commuting.

March 11th 2008 - Sydney commuters get in-bus Wi-Fi over 3G HSDPA.
Hillsbus Co Pty Ltd has selected the Moovbox M Series to provide
in-vehicle broadband Internet connectivity and GPS-based tracking on bus routes in Sydney, Australia.
Hillsbus – a subsidiary of ComfortDelGro Cabcharge – has equipped buses running between Sydney’s Hills
District and the Sydney Central Business District (CBD) with the Moovbox M120 mobile broadband
gateway which provides free Wi-Fi Internet access to passengers at broadband speeds
up to 2.6Mbps.

FirstGroup plc has chosen technology from Moovera to provide broadband

January 16th 2008 - Scottish Citylink deploys Moovera mobile broadband on intercity coach routes.
Scottish Citylink has selected the Moovbox M Series mobile broadband gateway to provide Internet access and vehicle tracking
on long-distance coach routes in Scotland. Scottish Citylink is a joint venture between Singapore-based ComfortDelGro
and Stagecoach Group plc and is Scotland’s leading provider of express coach services. The first route to receive the
new technology operates between Edinburgh and Glasgow, and delivers broadband speeds up to 1.8Mbps throughout the

December 18th 2007 - Moovera merges Wi-Fi with FLASH-OFDM® and appoints Finnish distributor.

supports FLASH-OFDM from Qualcomm Flarion Technologies for cellular wide area network connectivity. FLASH-OFDM
(Fast Low-latency Access with Seamless Handoff – Orthogonal Frequency Division Multiplexing) is an innovative
wireless technology designed to deliver advanced Internet services in the mobile environment. Broadband networks
utilizing FLASH-OFDM have been deployed in various countries around the world, most recently in Finland. To

Arriva Scotland West has chosen technology from Moovera to provide broadband Internet
access on the brand new Glasgow Flyer shuttle service. The fleet of eleven low-emission luxury buses, recently
commissioned at a cost of over £1.5m, operates between Glasgow city centre and Glasgow Airport under a contract
awarded to Arriva Scotland West by the British Airport Authority (BAA). Arriva Scotland West has equipped the vehicles

November 21st 2007 - Blackpool Council selects Moovera in-vehicle Wi-Fi for mobile classroom.
Moovera today announced that
Blackpool Council have chosen Moovera to provide mobile Internet connectivity
for its latest initiative to make vital health services more accessible to the city’s young people. The Buzz Bus
is a vehicle equipped as a mobile classroom with computer stations, seating area, kitchen and clinic staffed by
youth workers and health professionals. The bus will travel around the town visiting schools, community centers
and teenage hangouts, providing advice on a range of topics including sexual health, contraception, substance

July 30th 2007 - University of Southampton launches in-bus Wi-Fi service.
The
University of Southampton in Hampshire, UK has deployed a trial of Wi-Fi services on their Uni-link bus network in downtown Southampton. Passengers using
Uni-link’s popular U1 route between Southampton Airport Parkway and the city centre will now be able to check their e-mails, download music to their i-Pod™
or access the Internet, while on the move. The Moovbox M Series will also report bus location in real-time and collect statistics such as session length
and data transfer to help the University analyse passenger use of the service.

April 18th 2007 - Moovera and Vodafone collaborate on Wi-Fi for public transport.
Moovera and
Vodafone UK have announced the successful commercial launch of high-speed Internet access on Europe’s most frequent
express coach service, the Oxford Tube. Passengers traveling on the Stagecoach Group plc service between Central London and Oxford
now have email and web access on the move at speeds up to 1.4Mbps thanks to the combination of Moovera’s mobile Wi-Fi equipment
and Vodafone UK’s 3G broadband network, which now covers 80% of the UK population.

March 7th 2007 - Moovera appoints TR Telecom as Asia Pacific Distributor.
Moovera has announced the appointment of Australian
TR Telecom as a key distributor in the Asia Pacific region. Melbourne-based TR Telecom,

February 6th 2007 - Oxford Tube Wi-Fi service wins passengers from trains.
Around 4,500 users registered for the service during a three-month trial, which saw all 25 state-of-the-art vehicles in the
Oxford Tube fleet equipped with Wi-Fi technology supplied by Moovera Networks. The trial was such a massive success – with more than 16,000 online
sessions and an average duration of 42 minutes - that the service is being made permanent.
